It’s not too late to make 2019 a fun and adventurous year. When making your list, remember not everything has to be extravagant. Small things can make a big difference. Here are a few things I’ve added to my list:
1. Create A Vision Board
It may seem too late in the year to start making a vision board, I believe vision boards aren’t limited to a specific time of the year. You can add and remove items from the board as your thoughts and ideas change. My vision board will be focused on multiple aspects of my life including my goals for school and health.
2. Swim in the Ocean
because, why not? 🙂
Sometimes you just need to get away from everything. There’s no better way to do it, than going on a vacation with your friends.
A picnic in the park is always a great idea when you just wanna relax.
5. Visit Someplace New
A new healthy skin routine is just what I need. I’m not consistent when it comes to my skin routines, so I’m going to create a manageable plan that I can easily follow.
7. Save $1000
Money always seems to burn a hole in my pocket. I created this goal to learn how to manage money better and inevitably become more responsible.
8. New Piercing
I’m kinda in love with my new piercing. It’s a forward helix with a white opal. The light catches the stone and creates a spectrum of colors. small & simple. 🙂
I had the amazing opportunity to volunteer at a pre-school where children who are deaf, learn to speak. The teachers apart of this program work daily to improve the communication, and comprehension of the children.
10. Grow A Plant
I don’t have a green thumb, by any means. If I can successfully do this, it will be a be a great accomplishment.
11. Make A New Friend
Sometimes you need to meet new people to create more variety in your life.
12. Try Three New Restaurants
14. Start A New Hobby
This gives me the opportunity to learn a new task that I’m passionate about. update: blogging has become my passion 😀
15. Study the Bible
Studying the Bible will allow me to learn more about word and strengthen my relationship with God.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia (THE ATL). Atlanta is my favorite place to be and its been too long since I’ve been home.
17. Ride On A Ferry Boat
I’ve never been on a ferry boat, and this 10 minute ride was amazing. It gave me the opportunity to admire God’s creation.
18. Learn A New Language
This year I began to learn American Sign Language. I became educated on the Deaf culture, and what it means to be Deaf. I’ve learned over 300 words, and will continue to improve my fluency in 2020.
