90’s Baby | How I Celebrated My 21st Birthday

5 min read

Last week I celebrated my 21st birthday, and I had the best time of my life. 🤗 Although, Corona put a damper on my original plans,  that didn’t stop me from having a good time.

But, that’s enough talking… or typing. haha. Here’s how a girl whose been around since the 90’s, celebrated her 21st birthday!!

Oh, and y'all know it wouldn't be an official "Ana birthday" without a color scheme! So, the colors were pink, black and glitter!! 💕🖤✨🤗

The Picnic

Instead of traveling thousands of miles from Georgia, I decided to celebrate a little closer to home. My friends had been traveling all day, so once they arrived, I surprised them with a mini picnic by the beach. ☺️ It was quick little bite before we got on the road to Jacksonville.

The Airbnb

Y’all, I was so excited when I found this reasonably priced Airbnb in Jacksonville! The location was perfect, the decorations were beautiful, and the house sat directly in front of a lake!! The Airbnb was perfect for me and my friends, because we each got our own bedroom!!

Remember how I mentioned the house sat on a lake!? Well, that meant that ducks came right up to the patio door! They were so adorable, but trust me, I wasn’t going outside to pet any of them!

River & Post

Jacksonville is such a beautiful city. So, I couldn’t celebrate my birthday without getting a view of ALL of it! For dinner, we watched the sun set at one of Jacksonville’s finest rooftop bars. 😊🍹🧡

       After a very long night of things untold 😉, my friend Anna and I woke up bright and early to go SKYDIVING! 🪂  I mean…. what else did y’all expect for me to do!? Skydiving was a must! I’ll admit in the days leading up to it, I was super nervous. But once we got on the plane, my nerves we calmed. I trusted God, and y’all know the Bible says “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible to you!!” {Matthew 17:20}

I look like I was smiling in this picture, but don't be fooled.... I was screaming the entire time!!

After falling out of the sky, my friends and I decided to do a little bit of shopping. 🤗 And y’all know, thats my favorite thing to do! Well… besides eating, and we did that too!

M Shack

I’d never been to M Shack before,  but I 10/10 would recommend to my inner circle! haha. The burgers were hot, the tatertots were crisp, and they milkshakes were boozy! I loved it all!

Firebirds Grill

We dined at a Firebirds Grill, and believe me when I say, I will be visiting again {and probably before the end of the summer 😂}. I love a good steak!

you didn't believe me when I said glitter, did you?

The Party

No 21st birthday is complete without a celebration! To finish mine off, I had a party for some of my friends and I. I wish I had more videos of the actual party, but…. 😬 let’s see how I can put this nicely. haha. I was drunk as a skunk!! 🦨 🥴
